Just because we are “Florida’s Most Relaxing Place” doesn’t mean we don’t know how to play! We may be small, but what we lack in size we make up for in fun, with a little bit of something for everyone!

 

On the East end of Navarre Beach, be sure to visit the Sea Turtle Conservation Center and the Marine Science Station to learn about Navarre’s marine life and ecosystems with hands on activities and classes. Afterwards experience sea life for yourself, up close and personal, with amazing Snorkeling and Diving opportunities at one of 3 artificial reefs created by the Navarre Beach Marine Sanctuary (Don’t forget your waterproof camera!). The East end of Navarre Beach is also home to Florida's Longest Fishing Pier!

For the more adventurous sea lovers, why not book a charter with one of many great fishing boat captains where you can catch some delicious native fish species in the area, or show off your strength reeling in a shark!

 

Scared of the ocean wildlife but still looking to spend some time in the water? One of our pool homes or day passes for the pool and lazy river at Springhill Suites by Marriot may be exactly what you’re looking for! (Don’t forget to grab an Ice Cream Cone at Whitecaps while you’re there!)

 

If you’re more of a landlubber, don’t worry, we have you covered too! Head over to Sage Paddle Co., rent a bicycle, and spend the day cruising up and down the Gulf Islands National Seashore. If that sounds like fun but you’re a bit of a speed demon, Sage Scooter Co’s motor scooter rentals might be a little more your style! Sage also rents stand up paddle boards and kayaks....which is actually how they got started...and can even deliver right to your rental! 

 

The little one’s in your group will LOVE the brand new park located right off the North end of the Navarre Beach Causeway bridge with 2 different age appropriate playgrounds and an interactive splash pad (opening May 2022).

 

For animal lovers, a safari trip to the Gulf Breeze Zoo or an educational trip to the Emerald Coast Wildlife Refuge, home to many adorable ambassador animals, might be in order!

 

Golfer's have no fear....you can get in plenty of rounds around here! Check out The Club at Hidden Creek designed by award winning Ron Garl or one of the many other golf courses in surrounding areas such as Gulf Breeze, Pensacola, Fort Walton Beach, and Destin!

 

If you’ve had enough fun in the sun (…as if that’s even possible…) or if you’re unfortunate enough to experience one of our rare rainy days, head over to St. Michael’s Brewery for craft beers, unique food trucks, a pet friendly beer garden, and plenty of games to keep everyone entertained.

 

Last but certainly not least, if your group struggles to decide on what to do, check out Juana’s Pagodas right here on the island! From watersport rentals, live music, televised sporting events, a nightclub, great food, a playground for the kiddos, beach volleyball courts, and even beach chair rentals, they truly have something for everyone!
