Policies
For reservations booked on or after 02/10/2023, a damage waiver will be issued in lieu of a security deposit. The damage waiver costs $99 and covers your reservation for up to $1000 in damages. You will be liable for any damages occurred that are in excess of $1000. We reserve the right to charge the payment methods on file for any damages in excess of $1000 and to pursue all other legal remedies if the payment methods on file are unable to cover the cost of repair or replacement for the damages. The $99 charge for the $1000 damage waiver coverage is non-refundable, except in cases of reservation cancellations.

Reservations
Reservations may be made by telephone or e-mail with half of the rent due by credit card (4% credit card processing charge will apply) within 24 hours of booking the reservation. The balance of the rent plus the damage waiver (or security deposit if booked prior to 2/10/2023), additional charges, and taxes must be paid at least 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date (by credit card) and before keys to your rental unit are distributed. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent a property.

Check-in is no earlier than 4:00 pm and check-out time is no later than 9:00 am.

All properties are equipped with WIFI.
Cleaning
No maid service is provided during your stay, only upon departure.

*A starter of soap and paper products to get you through your first 24 hours will be provided for your convenience.
Notes
We do not rent to high school, college or other student groups unless their parents accompany them.

We do not allow our vacation rental units to be used as party houses. The occupancy of the vacation rental unit is the maximum number of guests allowed at the property.

On those units permitting pets, there shall be an additional non-refundable pet fee. Note that local ordinances prohibit pets on Navarre Beach. There are 2 dog friendly beaches within a short drive of our vacation rentals.

Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the rental units and on all balconies/decks/patios.

Cancellation
For direct bookings, reservations cancelled 60 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund, minus booking and credit card processing fees. Reservations cancelled between 31-59 days prior to arrival will forfeit 50% of all monies paid plus booking and credit card processing fees. Reservations cancelled 30 days or less prior to arrival will forfeit all monies paid.
Hurricane Policy
If a hurricane warning is issued and governmental authorities issue a Mandatory Evacuation for Navarre Beach, or in the event of an approaching storm we ask you to leave because “boarding up” measures are required, we will prorate your rent and credit you for the number of nights that were not used. In the case of a voluntary evacuation, it will be at your discretion to leave, and no refunds will be given.
COVID-19
The safety of our guests is our top priority. We are following all CDC recommended guidelines in all of our vacation rental units. We are also following all executive orders that are issued. If there is an executive order that prevents us from honoring a reservation we will work with our guests to either move their reservation dates or issue a full refund, minus administrative and credit card fees. Travel Insurance
Vacation Rental Insurance is available with your reservation. Vacation Rental Insurance provides coverage for the loss of prepaid, non-refundable expenses due to certain unforeseeable circumstances that may jeopardize your vacation investment and force you to incur unplanned expenses. Trip Cancellation and Trip Interruption coverage is available for events such as a sickness or injury of yourself, family member or traveling companion; flight delays due to adverse weather; interruptions of road service; terrorist acts; and mandatory evacuations.
